About us

Who We Are

The Veterans & Family Assistance Center (VFAC) is an 501 (C)(3)non-profit organization (EIN 46-4331600) that serves veterans of all conflicts and eras by providing a comprehensive and holistic approach in assisting Veterans and their families to improve their quality of life and to reach their optimal potential.

We are committed to address the currently unaddressed needs of veterans and their families. Due to the distinct cultural differences that military men and women face, the VFAC provides a personal structured plan that is geared to meet their needs. The VFAC programs and services are designed to aggressively target these issues and directly reduce the rate of difficulties including suicide, homelessness and transitional anxieties experienced by our Veterans.

What We Do

The VFAC organization provides a holistic approach to transitional housing, including life skill training for Veterans, and their families. Additionally, VFAC serves as a clearing house and referral source for a wide spectrum of information, resources, mentorship, and counseling that can be of significant benefit to Veterans and their families. In many cases we find that Veterans are not aware of nor have been made aware of the variety of services available to each of them.  We provide services tailored to meet the individual needs of our veterans, seeking to provide the best and most comprehensive assistance available in this region.
